Ádám Székely
CEO
Ádám is CEO and second generation leader of Innovinia. He uses his experience as financial advisor to several privatization projects to build a strategic real-estate portfolio, that withstands crisis and attracts long-term investors. As vice president of Hungarian Real Estate Developers Roundtable (IFK Egyesület), member of YPO and AMCHAM, he is continuously looking for opportunities leading to the next level. As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mosoly Foundation, he is passionate about promoting the social engagement of the SME sector.
István Székely
CEO
István is founder and CEO of Infogroup, predecessor of Innovinia. Armed with his PHD in economics and wide-range of real-estate as well as financial experience, he has been the rock of Innovinia for more than 35 years.
Zsolt Mentes
technical director
Zsolt leads the construction of Innovinia’s industrial, office and hotel developments. With almost 30 years of experience in real estate, he helps Innovinia to continuously expand its portfolio with modern buildings that meet the latest challenges.
Máté Kovács
financial and business development director
Máté joined Innovinia from a senior management position at a major Hungarian Bank. He leads the strategic finance and business development functions, bringing his experience in corporate, project and syndicate finance, as well as credit risk management.
Balázs Czifra
sales and asset management director
Balázs has more than 25 years of international real estate experience in various consulting, development and asset management positions. He is equally comfortable with managing the sales and asset management activities of hundred million euro portfolios and smaller niche real estate development companies.
Zoltán Somodi
accounting and operations director
Zoltán joined Innovinia with 13+ years of audit and banking risk management experience from BIG4. He gained his management experience as a managing director of the risk management board of a domestic bank. He specializes in risk management related to corporate finance.
