Innovinia is one of Hungary’s top property developers and a leading regional industrial-logistics developer in Hungary.
Our activities cover the full range of real estate development: our focus is on industrial and logistics development, we are also active in office and hotel development projects, as well as asset and facility management of our own properties.
With a portfolio exceeding 250,000 m², we are present across nearly every region of Hungary, including two sites in Kecskemét, as well as Nyíregyháza, Polgár, Miskolc, Debrecen, Tiszaújváros, Karcag, and Pécs. Beyond this, we are engaged in office and hotel developments at multiple locations in Budapest and are preparing new projects in other cities, such as Szeged, as well as in neighboring countries like Slovakia and Romania.
The name Innovinia and the company slogan – We can – best reflect the innovative mindset that characterises the company’s day-to-day operations: problems that arise and the often fast and suddenly changing environment are treated as challenges to be answered, which in many cases means innovative thinking and unique ways to follow.

Ádám Székely
CEO
Ádám is CEO and second generation leader of Innovinia. He uses his experience as financial advisor to several privatization projects to build a strategic real-estate portfolio, that withstands crisis and attracts long-term investors. As vice president of Hungarian Real Estate Developers Roundtable (IFK Egyesület), member of YPO and AMCHAM, he is continuously looking for opportunities leading to the next level. As Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Mosoly Foundation, he is passionate about promoting the social engagement of the SME sector.
István Székely
CEO
István is founder and CEO of Infogroup, predecessor of Innovinia. Armed with his PHD in economics and wide-range of real-estate as well as financial experience, he has been the rock of Innovinia for more than 35 years.
Zsolt Mentes
technical director
Zsolt leads the construction of Innovinia’s industrial, office and hotel developments. With almost 30 years of experience in real estate, he helps Innovinia to continuously expand its portfolio with modern buildings that meet the latest challenges.
Máté Kovács
financial and business development director
Máté joined Innovinia from a senior management position at a major Hungarian Bank. He leads the strategic finance and business development functions, bringing his experience in corporate, project and syndicate finance, as well as credit risk management.
Balázs Czifra
sales and asset management director
Balázs has more than 25 years of international real estate experience in various consulting, development and asset management positions. He is equally comfortable with managing the sales and asset management activities of hundred million euro portfolios and smaller niche real estate development companies.
Zoltán Somodi
accounting and operations director
Zoltán joined Innovinia with 13+ years of audit and banking risk management experience from BIG4. He gained his management experience as a managing director of the risk management board of a domestic bank. He specializes in risk management related to corporate finance.
